last day of awesome week and I got to do the workout! At least part of it. Ladders up airport x3 knee was feeling pretty good so I just kept going until it wasn't t. I got 2 out of the 3 sets done. I wanted to keep going because my knee felt good going up but it was the down hill that hurt so I decided to be grateful I got to do 2 sets and not push it too hard too soon. delicious breakfast then ice bath :)
